Zacharie
Mondel, Chief Executive Officer
Zacharie has over 30 years experience across broad
national and international industries, markets, and
accounts with expertise in identifying and capturing
market opportunities to accelerate expansion, increase revenues, and improve
profit contributions. Zacharie is well-versed in information technologies,
telecommunications and energy management and was instrumental
in the successful launch of three successful high-tech
start-ups.
Zacharie has a very strong background
in revenue & profit improvement strategic and tactical
planning, multi-channel distribution, customer relationship
management, partnership and alliance management, organizational
development and customer service. Among Zacharie’s
key clients are Wyndham, Vacation Resorts International,
Accor, Honeywell Utility Systems, Ameren and General
Electric. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from
Branschweig Technical University, Germany.

Dale Wiley, Executive Vice President of Biofuel Markets
Dale Wiley is the CEO and President of American Green
Holdings and BidForGreen. He practiced law for eight
years before selling his practice and starting American
Green Holdings. Wiley has appeared on panels at some
of the top conferences in the industry, and has consulted
on green initiatives with professional sports teams,
major television networks and top recording artists,
as well as on American and international biodiesel
projects. Wiley is the Past Chairman of the Board of
Governors Committee of the New Lawyers Division of
ATLA, Past President of the Missouri 39th Bar Association,
and a Voting Member of the National Academy of Recording
Arts and Sciences. He lives in Crane, Missouri with
his wife and three children.

Mike Grout, Vice

Alain Mokbel,
Vice President of Water Solutions
Alan has
extensive experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater
Recycling/Reclamation and Water Management. He graduated
from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, as a Chemical
Engineer. Alan is particularly knowledgeable in the
application, design and integration of membrane technology
for drinking water plants in small villages and towns, as
well as municipal and industrial wastewater plants. The
typical projects involved reverse osmosis, nanofiltration,
ultrafiltration, membrane bioreactors and membrane
contactors.

Frank T. Matarazzo
President & Chief Executive Officer, Microwave
Satellite Technologies, Inc. (MST). Frank has directed
the growth and development of the Company since its
inception in 1982. Mr. Matarazzo designed and
constructed the first private cable television systems
operated by the MST and continues to be involved in all
technology deployed at Company. Before starting MST
Frank worked for Conrac Avionics, as a prototype design
engineer, working on the development of the
guidance/navigation systems for the military’s F14, F16,
F18 and Harrier AV8-B jet fighter planes as well as the
development and construction of the FM communication
systems and engine interface units for the Space Shuttle
Columbia. He is known in the private cable television
industry, having both written articles for trade
publications and served as a technical consultant to
municipalities on the subject of satellite delivered
information systems.

Ron Hammon
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elmer
Communication Systems (Pty) Ltd of South Africa Ron held
senior management positions in major International
Companies and has managed large, medium and small
companies in South Africa, the USA and Europe. He speaks
both French and German. Ron was Managing Director Adelco
/Boeing Electronics - European Operations in Zug,
Switzerland; the General Manager of Plessey Europe;
Investor/Chairman of Alphasem AG. A major semiconductor
equipment manufacturer in Switzerland. Number two in the
world in this industry; Chairman of Aronco Group of
Companies (Private Venture Capital Group). Included

Dr. Jayshree Pandya
Dr. Jayshree Pandya is the founder and CEO of Risk
Group LLC (http://www.riskgroupllc.com),
an independent, non-partisan, neutral, pro-active and
progressive global organization addressing the risks,
issues, challenges and obstacles facing the global
community and its impact across the industries, nations,
regions and societies. Dr. Pandya is quoted in several
trade journals and books, and has authored numerous
(Scientific, Business and Management) articles published
in International Journals. She actively provides
speaking engagements and is an invited speaker at many
global conferences. As a Global Risk Advisor, Dr. Pandya
advises and consults industry, government officials and
agencies, policymakers, educators, non-government
organizations, as well as corporations in understanding
and navigating the risks and issues related to their

Robert P. Crabb
Mr. Crabb has over 35 years of public and private
sector experience including 15 years in the insurance
industry including, property and casualty sales
brokerage and sales and sales management with MetLife.
His entrepreneurial expertise includes public company
administration, financial consulting, corporate
management and commercial/residential real estate
development. Mr. Crabb was a founder, former director
and Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate Secretary of
Telkonet, Inc. He is presently the Chief Marketing
Officer and Corporate Secretary of Geeks On Call
Holdings, Inc. and the Corporate Secretary of Microwave
Satellite Technologies Holding, Inc. He served his
country proudly as a non-commissioned officer in the
United States Marine Corps.
